Why Real Estate Photography?
It happened that I lived in quite a lot of different places. As a result, I spontaneously worked out some approaches to finding new places. Firstly, get more or less sure about the area and major numbers like price, and number of bedrooms. Then, filter off all the listings according to these criteria. Then, I quickly sorted through these listings, leaving only this as good imagery. Maybe you asked me why. Here is why. Good images mean good agents. Good images let you judge what this property is. 360 virtual tours in a listing allow you to zero down on the perfect place very close and save you a lot of time.
So, when I tried to find a future home before we arrived in Montenegro, I realized that my experience was useless. There was no good imagery, floor plans, or virtual tours. There were just a few high-end, costly properties listed with somewhat professional pictures.
An amusing thing happened later! I found myself living in a lovely apartment with an astonishing view. I saw it and rejected it during my initial search. Amateur snapshots did not reflect even 5% of the benefits of this outstanding property.
To make a long story short, I grew confident that the local real estate market can benefit from the implementation of professional imaging and modern technologies.
